In previous work:
First of all, we held several group meetings at the early stage of the project to define the core goals and general direction of application development. We ended up with a clear division of labor.

What is the target audience for the projects your team is developing?
Answer: Our first target group is college students, In our app, we adopt classified knowledge answering, volunteer activities, etc., and multi-channel guidance and interaction, which mainly aims at the characteristics of active development of college students. And then with the development of the software process, we may focus on the core of our software -- community service platform to the community and community in Fuzhou for publicity and pilot.
At what stage is the project in development?
Basic functionality has been preliminarily implemented and is being refined and alpha tested.

Relevant improvement solution:
Near the Alpha test stage, our project is moving slowly, and we are encountering more and more problems. For example, the drawing of uml diagram, the connection of front and back end interfaces, and the accuracy of AI algorithm model is not enough.

Through the face Baidu programming, face csdn programming, B station university learning back-end technology and other ways, so that the back-end module team members improve their technology, to complete the construction and filling of the back-end.
Create feedback mechanisms:
