本文提出Therma，一种面向纳米光子互连的热感知运行时线程迁移机制。通过动态调整线程在多核间的分布，Therma有效抑制了因核心温度波动引发的光子器件性能退化，显著降低光网络调谐功耗。该方法利用核心与光子组件的温度历史进行细粒度预测，智能决策线程迁移，兼顾系统性能与能效。实验表明，相比基线方法，Therma在单线程和多线程场景下分别实现最高15.4%和20.7%的光子功耗削减，同时将环形谐振器温度波动降低近5倍。作为一种系统级热管理方案，Therma无需额外硬件支持，兼容现有3D堆叠架构，为高密度集成光子芯片的热挑战提供了高效软件解决方案。
