服务器为：Windows Server 2008 R2 nterprise

oracle instantclient：instantclient-basiclite-windows.x64-18.5.0.0.0dbru

我重新安装了  oracle instant client 也设置了环境变量，还是报oci_connect(): OCIEnvNlsCreate() failed. There is something wrong with your system - please check that PATH includes the directory with Oracle Instant Client libraries 把我搞崩溃了，希望得到大神的回复。
