IBM HTTP Server 1.3.26 怎么会启动不了？

在本地计算机无法启动IBM HTTP Server 1.3.26 服务.
服务并未返回错误.这可能是一个Windows内部错误或服务器错误.
如果问题持续存在,请与您的系统管理员联系.

出现以上问题有没有什么好的解决方法？

10.32.0.207是本机啊，当然能ping通了。

在本地计算机无法启动IBM HTTP Server 1.3.26 服务的日志如下：
