无法启动服务

下面这些无法启动服务的原因是？

1、在本地计算机无法启动IBM WebSphere Application Server V5-server1 服务
错误100：无法创建另一个系统信号灯。

2、在本地计算机无法启动IBM HTTP Server 1.3.26 服务.
服务并未返回错误.这可能是一个Windows内部错误或服务器错误.

3、在本地计算机无法启动BI1_a_a_1800 服务.
服务并未返回错误.这可能是一个Windows内部错误或服务器错误.

在本地计算机无法启动IBM HTTP Server 1.3.26 服务的日志如下：
