高分求助jive2.0版在jbuildx中的问题...

我是一个菜鸟，不知道怎么回事，是不是我的配置有什么问题？
另外：外我在tomcat4.0+sqlserver2000下已经配置成功，但是就新建论坛是录入的中文保存后就变成乱码了，请高手赐教上述两个问题！
