高分求助jive2.0版在jbuildx中的问题...

我下载了一个jive2.0版的程序，其中包含有jb的工程文件，在jb中编译成功但是启动运行时就是报错StandardHost[localhost]: MAPPING configuration error for request URI /

我是一个菜鸟，不知道怎么回事，是不是我的配置有什么问题？
另外：外我在tomcat4.0+sqlserver2000下已经配置成功，但是就新建论坛是录入的中文保存后就变成乱码了，请高手赐教上述两个问题！

如果你下载下来直接编译运行，这要看你下载的内容是否有问题，一个可能性是在原作者机器上的目录以及环境和你的机器不吻合，包括tomcat等等
乱码问题可以把jive调成utf-8
