关于ASP.NET Forums中ParseChildren(true)的一个问题

很多Control文件开头都使用了这句话,但有几个又都没用,

用上这句话使这个控件成为AspNetForums.Controls这个整个自定义服务器控件的属性?????

还有就是在什么情况下要用这句话???为什么有几个又不写?

还望研究过这个论坛的高手给俺解惑一下,非常感谢!!!

ParseChildren(true)

Nested (child) elements must correspond to properties of the control. Other (nonproperty) elements and literal text between control tags generate a parser error.
Examples: Repeater and other data-bound controls.
