我的WINXP怎么了？？？怎么老是跳出这个对话框！！！！

上网时，老是跳出对话框，对话框上这样写着:Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Lirary

下面写着"终止""重试"'忽略"三个按钮!!!!而且上网的时候爱出现这种现象，不上网时没有！！！！上网时间长了，老实出现这个！而且很多软件都出现这个情况，像FLASHGET， BITCOM等，郁闷我好久了，这到底是怎么会事啊？？？我已经查了很多资料，也取过很多论坛，但都没有解决！我的电脑上装的软件有：java虚拟机，matlab，（matlab装的时候就必须装java虚拟机）autocad，还有其他一般用的软件！
