webservice调用问题（rnmexudj.dll）

我在.net2003下开发了一个webservice，它默认的那个helloWorld，在用.net自己的测试方法调用的时候出现以下问题，高手帮帮忙：
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: 找不到文件或程序集名称“rnmexudj.dll”，或找不到它的一个依赖项。
