为什么我装的MapXtreme的模板不可用？

每次运行Application Wizard 启动模板，总是遇到Problem on Web Server，Probable cause of problem:
The MapXBroker service does not appear to be running.
可是我确实把MapXBroker service打开了，但运行模板之后它就给我关掉了。
望高手帮忙。
