内容和在线的基本一致.相比从PHP站点下载的PHP手册,多了一些 PHP5 的说明,多了一些函数说明.

发现 win32api 函数部分乱码.
修改中...
(这可能就是官方站点CHM文档老不更新的原因吧.)
近几天将对该手册做全面的检查.随后上传到以上地址.

和我一样E文不好且不想强迫自己看E文的朋友可以去下载.
