如何在VB的TextBox里显示UNICODE字符串?

我有个String里面含有ASCII大于128的字符,比如ASCII 196 (A上面两个点).我想在TextBox里显示这个字符,但是128以上的字符显示都是问号.在RichTextBox里可以显示. 怎么让TextBox也能显示这种大于128的字符?
