Eclipse can't connect cvs server!!

I install the cvsnt on my computer(2.5.01)
I can use eclipse to check out and commit within my computer,but on the other pc of our local network,the clipse can't connect to my pc's cvsnt!why?
I want to use only CVSNT authentication by set SystemAuth=no,but the problem remain exist

你得创建几个windows帐户给其他用户登录使用，并且给他们读写的权限，再有就是连接类型是pserver

我用的就是2.5.01的cvsnt,其他用户都可以访问我的服务器啊，你说的情况不是很明了啊，你的网络是不是有问题，或是cvs使用的端口被占用了

可以用中文了，把问题说得清楚些。
我遇到的问题是在公司的网络中，登陆电脑都是domain用户，我用的是xp,用domain登陆安装的。在家里两台win2000（workgroup模式），用pserver方式没有任何问题。但是在公司的时候另一台电脑就是无法通过验证，我也曾将SystemAuth设置为no,希望只用cvsnt自己的认证，但还是一样。感觉自己太盲目了，弄了一天也没解决。也搜索很多文章，没有得到答案。谁解决过类似问题？

很同情你，一是遭遇到这种麻烦事，二是中英文的输入的并用，再不帮你up你就回不了帖了
因为一直都是用工作组的方式连接，没有用域的方式，所以没能发现此问题，有没有试过另外两种连接的方式，要不扩大范围，上国外的网站上看看，兴许会有发现，Good luck!

the error almost the same whatever I use eclipse,wincvs or command line:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
