访问cgi，提示找不到，404错误

我这样配置，然后
http://www.test.com/cgi-bin/test.cgi ，提示404错误，也就是找不到改文件。我错在哪里啊！
文件就在里面啊，而且权限是755的，太奇怪了

改成
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/vhosts/test/cgi-bin/
