struts开发时 Unable to compile class for JSP

用struts开发时出现下面错误
但是能进工程目录，说明配置没问题，随便打开一个肯定队的jsp就会出现这个错误，别的工程没问题，请问大家可能是什么原因

把JDK 下面的tool.jar烤到Tomcat/command/lib下就好拉

路径中空格嘛. 给整个路径加上引号
