Error code 1000008e = "KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M" - Most of newsgroup comments about this error point to faulty hardware or drivers. The hardware varies from modems, video cards, USB device to memory or sound cards. Sometimes it proves to be hardware that it is not compatible with Windows XP. 我只能帮楼主找到这个了.大概意思是说楼主的某个硬件与WIN XP的兼容性不好.具体的说了显卡 USB 内存声卡.楼主用最小系统或者2台机器互相换硬件的方法试试看吧.
