在公司一直做维护,最近香港老板从国外买了一套通用进销存,数据库是ACCESS的,老板要求定制报表,郁闷啊,没做过,跪求各位给点建议!!
这是老板发过来的EMAIL,公司内部一直都用英文。
Background
* MAS200 is our main ERP/MRP system. It includes many different
modules such as Sales Orders, Purchase Order, Shipping, Material Planning,
Bill of Materials, etc.
* Each module may have up to 30 different database tables.
* Each module may have up to 15 different input/query screens.
* The MAS200 backend database is ODBC compliant.
* Crystal Reports is the preferred reporting tools used
User Request
* One of our accounting staff in Hong Kong office is requesting you to
help her build a new report
* The required report contains data orginating from 2 different MAS
screens/forms.
Question
* How do you go about handling and building the report?
* Step by step description is expected in your answer.
* The steps may involve but not limited to requirement analysis, data
collection & validation, report design, testing, implementation.
