No transportation shall be sold by through the Agent directly or indirectly at a fare/rate other than that fixed by the Carrier. The Agent shall not sell or issue tickets, exchange vouchers/orders or any forms or documents covering air passenger/cargo transportation to sell or issue such transportation document but who have not have been authorized by the Carrier to represent the Carrier.
