如何获取系统流逝时间（要求精确到毫秒）

注释：time_t是一个在time.h中定义好的结构体。而tm结构体的原形如下：

功能：将目前的时间以tv所指的结构返回。

long tv_sec;//秒
long tv_usec;//微秒
}；
将其中的tv_usec转换到毫秒即可。
timezone结构自己查吧。：）

可以用rdtsc指令，获取CPU从开机到执行这条指令的周期，然后除一下频率就知道事件了……
