Crystal report7.0在windows2003上出现的问题

装的是英文版crystal report 7.0
操作系统:英文版windows server 2003+IIS6.0
程序\数据库:ASP+SQL SERVER2000

描述1:

在IE浏览器上浏览报表时,页面上的报表内容是空的, 并跳出一个窗口提示错误信息如下:

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close

The following add-on was running when this problem occured:
File: crviewer.dll
Company Name: Seagate Software
Description: Crystal Smart Viewer for ActiveX
*********************************

然后该页面就会自动关闭.

在2003下我用Crystal report自带的Reports Server Samples去测试ASP Report server,发现页面有以下的提示:
The Crystal Web Report ASP is not installed.
It requires IIS 3.0 with ASP support. If your web
server meets these requirements the Crystal Web
Report ASP can be installed by doing a custom install
of Seagate Crystal Reports and checking on the
Web Report Servers | Crystal Web Report ASP option.

而在2000下则正常,可以访问.

在2003下我按照它的提示想自定义安装ASP Report server,但在安装过程中并没有发现它所说的选项:Web Report Servers | Crystal Web Report ASP option.

而在2000下,如果我自定义安装,在安装过程中则有出现Web Report Servers | Crystal Web Report ASP option这个选项可以选择给我安装.

是不是CR7.0 与2003不兼容啊?
不知谁碰到过这样的问题,或者有什么建议或解决方法,请多指教.
