分享散点小分，顺便帮朋友问个INDY方面的问题 ^_^
新浪邮件日期格式问题
就是使用Indy8.0.X（BCB6自带）的IdPOP3接收新浪邮件时出错，“Invalid argument to date encode” ，可能是日期格式的问题，“Date: Fri Dec 17 15:43:28 2004”，是否是Indy的Bug，需要升级到Indy9 ?

This problem is client specific (it does not happen with all clients). To correct it, close the Tangible Program so that you are at the Program Manager Screen. Highlight the client and click the Permanent File button. Check the Fiscal Year End field. It should have a month entered (not a '98 or '99), or it can be blank.
