c:\winnt everyone读取运行
c:\winnt\microsoft.net\framework\..\Temporary asp.net file 设为everyone读取写入
就可以运行。NET了，不过虚拟目录的权限一定要设为asp.net完全控制才可以，如果有多个站点那不是可以互相访问啊，问高手

IIS设置 站点目录权限就可以了
