Java developer (2)
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Java experience
• Strong technical skills in Java
• Technical skills and experience in J2EE Web Development using struts
• JDBC and SQL development experience
• Development experience with XML and Web Services
• Experience with Rational Unified Process development
• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering, mathematics, or other engineering/technical field with at minimum 4 years work experience in the IT industry or Master’s Software Engineering degree and a minimum of 2 years work experience in the IT industry.
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience developing with BEA WebLogic Workshop
• Enterprise software development experience building scalable, robust, and secure applications
• Background in security and network management application development
• Development of XML parsing and transformation code
• JavaScript client side development within a J2EE struts-based web application
• Swing application development

哎，算了。
这种方式也招不到人，还是让HR去找猎头吧。
wzrain，很简单，不了解国情，而且之前面试的人能力不强。

I'm looking forward to the company which 'Why' is in.
American companies are very kind to their employees, and it's no doubt that getting a good mood and decent salary is most codings' pursuing( including me ), so that's the reason why I wanna choose that kind of companies.
To be frank with you, I haven't gotten cet even never received an normal education in EL, furthermore, Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering is too high to me even I have strongly experiences for many years :) , that is, I can't be satisfied with the requirement of your company.
However, I really appreciate your sincere, and I will finally reach it.

我公司是美国prosource投资的，主要有一供应链产品（现一部门在维护），另一部门作为一美公司在华研发中心，有固定产品及一些项目。
现上海公司这边有80人左右。另正准备在其它城市开第二办公室。
我是这里员工，我们有内部推荐习惯，有reward :)
工资你自己谈吧我也不知道，福利美资企业没问题，常有聚餐、活动，一般外企都那样。
