急求代码，实现utf-8转化到gb2312

好像网上java/PHP版本的编码转化都不少，唯独asp版本的搜索的结果都是那个不知道哪位大虾写的把"%3F%23%33"之类的utf-8的post的参数给读取出来的。

谁能提供一个可用的把一段utf-8的字符串转化成gb2312的？

你这一段字符是怎么取得的？应该在看到这段串之前就进行转换，看到之后已经无法处理了。

当然是可以再转化出来的。

我有php和java的转化代码，都能够测试转化（通过代码对应表）。

本来想按照算法写asp版本的。但好像在asp里面的字符串会自动给变成unicode的，按字节去处理字符串无比麻烦。一直没写出正确的来。
