Job Title: Project leader/.NET
Job Description

Works as the project leader of a development team in designing, developing, and delivering HP internal applications.
Responsible for collecting requirements from customer, coordinating the design and construction, and managing team to deliver on time and with expected quality.
Job Requirements & Skills Required
Essential Skills:

Above 5 years industry working experiences with above 2 year project management experience
Experienced .net developer with strong technical background in asp.net/c#/vb.net development
Familiar with BS solutions, .net frameworks, common patterns, and best practices
Good at software architect design using Microsoft solutions
Good knowledge of one of the following Microsoft technologies: Microsoft Transaction Service (MTS), Microsoft Mail Service (SMTP), Microsoft File Transportation Protocol services or Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS)
Experiences with Oracle platform
Good knowledge of software development processes and methods
Knowledge of database design, modeling and developing
Excellent team player
Strong (English) oral and written communication skills
Willing to travel abroad for a long term for the initial knowledge transfer
Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivat

Preferred Skills:

Experiences with large volume application development
