我的电脑怪，不能访问微软网站

我喜欢到微软网站上下载WEBCAST教程。在公司里上网下载都正常。
可我家里电脑就不行，网页报错说文件不存在。我在IE输入www.microsoft.com却弹出个对话框要我输入用户名和密码。我估计是中病毒了。我重装系统后，又可以访问微软站点了。我继续装常用软件
在我装了防火墙，OFFICE，SQL SERVER之后。怪事又出来了。又不能访问微软站点了。其它网站访问都正常。纳闷呀
