报错的是这一行“<authentication mode="Windows" />”

将你的应用程序文件设置为虚拟目录就可以了
设置方法：
在internet管理器里展开你的站点名称，找到你的应用程序文件夹，在上面点右键属性
目录选项卡里有一个应用程序设置，点击“创建”就可以了

没有创建虚拟目录！！
IIS里面创建当前虚拟目录的应用程序！！
做法如上！
