PHP中的INC文件实际就是PHP程序，只是它的扩展名是INC（你也可以把它改为：abc,或者cba,随你怎么改都行，就好像你叫：ybzou2008 ，不管你叫ybzou2008 ，还是ybzou2009，你始终是你呀。
这里也一样，它始终是PHP源代码。
PHP代码怎么可以在ASP.NET中包函使用呢？？？开这么大的开玩笑呀。
这又不是DLL文件。
