分享托管控件中,如何实现可停靠?
我的意思就是ToolBar可拖动,并且碰到窗口边界就能停靠上去的这种效果.
非托管里倒是可以实现，但是托管里如何做?

The System.Windows.Forms.ToolBar in .Net 1.0 does not support the runtime docking
behavior. However, you may get the a third party DockableToolWindow .NET
