-Responsible for gathering user’s requirements, coding, testing and implementation of application programs.
-Works closely with client departments and various technologies.
-The functional and technical specifications for applications/projects.
-Application support/maintenance

Job Requirements:

Developers MUST HAVE the following :

1． Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2． Minimum 2 years of working experience in Java development.
3． Must have: solid hands-on programming experience with core Java, XML and JMS on UNIX (AIX is preferred).
4． Familiar with SQL and RDMS (DB2 is preferred).
5． Nice to have: Java Swing, Shell scripts, IBM MQ.
6． Good communication skills and good command of English
7． Good organizational and time-management skills
8． Able to work under pressure, independently

Tech Leads and Project Managers MUST HAVE the following :

1.Minimum 7-10 years of extensive experience with J2EE, JSP, EJB, STRUTS, Core JAVA on UNIX or NT platforms.
2.Project managers should have minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably with web-based application.
3.Should have sound proficiency in PL/SQL or MySQL
4.Should have working experience with any portal, preferably Websphere
5.Very good communication skills in English. Mandarin is a must

core JAVA 核心JAVA到底制的什么呢.还有JMS 是什么啊~
为什么一定要要求XML呢~

5． Nice to have: Java Swing, Shell scripts, IBM MQ.

Shell scripts,是网页脚本吗?
IBM MQ是什么呢?

真不好意思~ 问题太多~ 在下一心想到IBM~ 哎~ 还有两年就毕业了~ 再不朝着这些方向努力~ 哎~

shell是UNIX里的脚本文件,

Core Java应该指的是Java的核心语法，类库，和JVM的一些运行机理之类的吧。
XML现在是最重要的东西，JavaEE、SOA什么地方都需要，怎么会不要求呢。
IBM MQ是IBM的消息中间件，用于企业应用中异步和远程消息服务的。


感觉这好像是在作社招的，不是给应届生的吧

不过我还是想了解一下,社会需要什么~
我也看过应届生的~
对能力的要求是首位~
所以还是打算多写下程序~
也准备在不同的OS上试一下~
比如今天装了Solaris AIX也下载下来还没有安~
今天试了一下Solaris下写的 hello java .
虽然极其简单,但还是非常兴奋~
