.net提供了反射功能,你没有必要去获得函数的地址

资源里加入了拆分后的图片的质量控制，IntPtr类型的 ptr变量为全局变量，就是它保存着质量控制信息，主方法名为getThreePicture 返回值是string[]保存着三张拆分后的图片的base64格式字符串信息，主方法前有unsafe关键字，因为我加入质量控制的语句的关系，它是C#不推荐的编写方式，但绝对可用比较倾向于C++，所以unsafe不可省略，代码中加入了将图片转换成base64位格式字符串的独立函数，有用得到的朋友也可以下载该资源【值得注意的是，您需要在您的项目属性里，找到‘允许不安全代码’在其前面的复选框中挑勾，这样才能生成成功，保证不差错运行】
