源数据可能使用的非unicode字符集，目标是unicode，源/目标数据库都是oracle 92

看一下字段类型，都是unicode类型可以直接转换；否则要用数据转换，将源数据转换成跟目标一致的字符集类型，再将转换后的列映射到目标列。SQL Server中，比如NVARCHAR之类的是unicode类型，而VARCHAR是非unicode.
