关于jEdit的问题

小虾近来初学java，在安装jEdit的插件的时候出了个问题。
安装DocComplete插件的时候老是报错。错误信息为：A I/O error occurred (conection reset)

还有一些插件下载下来以后不能安装。
requires version 0.82 or later of anthelper.AntHelper plugin,but antherlper.AntHelper Plugin is not installed.
