看看当前的环境变量CC是什么，如果没有，设置成有效的c编译器

下载一个编译好的包安装一下。原来的系统没有开发环境，不能从源代码安装gcc。

Does not your redhat linux have gcc installed already? If there is not a C/C++ compiler, you can download a pre-compiled version one and install it.

You did not set one yet. Set one in bash for example (view them by running command $ env):
