用sys用户登陆,然后把你要用的那个用户解锁:
alter user username account unlock;
alter user username account unlock;

还是不行，我的PASS是manager,而且没有锁定任何帐号，“The user has entered wrong password consequently for maximum number of times specified by the user's profile parameter FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS”是什么意思？刚学，能不能给说明白点啊？谢谢了

ORA-28000: the account is locked
Cause: The user has entered wrong password consequently for maximum number of times specified by the user's profile parameter FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS, or the database administrator has locked the account.
Action: Wait for PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME or contact the database administrator.
以你的数据库的管理员的帐户登录试试，System用户
Cause: The user has entered wrong password consequently for maximum number of times specified by the user's profile parameter FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS, or the database administrator has locked the account.
