纳闷！ ASP.NET(C#)无法连接公司服务器的TELNET，但是连接公司服务器的FTP和SMTP.263.NET就可以。

连接公司服务器的FTP和SMTP.263.NET就可以能返回正常数据。
但是连接公司服务器的TELNET返回的是“？？？？？”
