php连接Oracle,使用原来的过程函数,还是PDO好??

PDO的移植性很好, 但是因为项目从一开始数据库就先用Oracle,所以这个优势可不考虑.
两者从效率上说,哪个会更好一些??

是原来的过程函数
PDO是通用的数据库接口，就如同在此之前的adodb类
由于改用c语言实现，性能自然优于php代码实现的类
通用就意味丧失个性，大多利用具体数据库特征的技巧都不能被通用类所支持
