实现隐藏功能

我想在以编好一个简单的s/c控制软件，但想在服务器上运行的时候把程序隐藏，即在win98中按ctrl+deletet+alt也不能看见，另外，不知如何修改注册表使一启动win98就能自动运行该程序。请各位大虾不吝指点。
