1. Software Engineering Team Lead – Shanghai, China

Job Description
The software engineering team lead will assume a leadership role in the design and development of Java based server side solutions in the telecommunications marketplace. The Team Lead will be overseeing the architecture, design, development, and deployment for this application. This person will be responsible for a team of 4-6 engineers, including hiring and daily management of this team and coordinating with the US. Engineering team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leading software teams from an enterprise software, CRM, IT or telecommunications company.
- 5+ years experience with commercial enterprise software development including UNIX development, server-side java development, database programming, and schema design for transactional system, high-availability application and network design, development and deployment experience.
- Experience with UNIX (Linux preferred) development, multi-threaded and multi-process issues.
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlet, Javascript, Struts, HTML, DHTML, XML, HTTP, SOAP, WSDL.
- Experience developing web based applications for backend databases such as Oracle, Sybase and Postgressql.
- Experience with open-source products such as Linux, Jakarta/Struts, Apache, Postgressql and Resin in production environments.
- Broad experience from low-level protocol design to high-level data model/pattern design.
- Experience with languages like Python or Ruby a plus.
- Experience with project tools like Maven or Ant a plus.
- Proficient with English; read, written and verbal communication skills are required.

Education:

BSCS or equivalent; MSCS preferred.

2. Software Engineer – Shanghai, China

Job Description

The Software Engineer will be a significant contributor to the design and development of Java based server side solutions. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the design and deployment of the CMS Management System.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of software development experience; UNIX development, server-side java development, database programming, and schema design for transactional system. High-availability application and network design, development and deployment experience preferred.
- Experience with UNIX (Linux preferred) development, multi-threaded and multi-process issues.
