COleDateTime转换问题？

COleDateTime m_time = COleDateTime::GetCurrentTime();
CString s_phdtm;
s_phdtm.Format("%2d-%2d-%2d %02d:%02d:%02d",m_time.GetDay(),
m_time.GetMonth(),m_time.GetYear(),
m_time.GetHour(),m_time.GetMinute(),m_time.GetSecond());
上面程序得到s_phdtm是DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS格式的，现在想得到
DD-MMM-YY HH:MM:SS格式,其中MMM是英文表示的月份，其余为数字，年份两位，要怎样修改实现。
