水晶报表错误：加载报表失败

我用crystal report做了2张表报，在crystal report中预览一切良好
但当在一个web项目中使用时有一张出现错误：加载报表失败
但另一张正常
2张表的用法和路径，数据库连接都一样

我已经找到原因了：
因为出错的报表用到了自定义函数

但是为什么用到自定义函数的会出错呢？

去掉这个函数就不会报错，但这个函数本身没有错误的！

因该与函数代码没关系
我随便添加一个简单函数(语句绝对正确)都会报错！
是不是有什么其他设置呀
