CShellTreeCtrl死活创建不出来，高手来支个招吧。谢谢

用的是CodeProject上的免费CShellTreeCtrl，地址：

我的步骤：
创建了一个MFC Extension DLL，添加类CShellTreeBar。OnCreate里这一行一跑就出错：
