好像m_hWnd这个变量为空，不知道怎么回事……

没有啊，一运行就出来个出错对话框，确定就结束了

cmdInfo一些属性好像都是空的，没有获得内容

1.在MainFrm的OnCreate和OnCreateClient里下断点跟，看看哪步错了，如果不行用方法2。
2.删注册表对应项，对工程ReBuild All，再试，我有好多次都是这样搞定的。
