C++Builder2006是没有Languages的Delphi2006有
但Borland说稍后就会有,不过BDS2006已经被买估计难说!

你单独启动Cbuilder2006后还有吗？我全部重新安装后结果：

1、启动 Borland Developer Studio 2006 ，然后进入Cbuilder,这时有Project->Languages,却被Disabled了。

2、单独启动Cbuilder2006，Project->Languages 消失了。

3、启动 Borland Developer Studio 2006，然后进入Delphi ,或者单独启动Delphi2006,菜单项Project->Languages都有而且可以使用。

麻烦试一下，也许我下载的BDS2006有问题。

你试试看吧，估计1、你盘中的内容却少；2、安装出现问题；3、按Default可能不安装吧，因为我是完全安装。
