weblogic platform 出现corrupted.Error code 望大侠相助理

我卸载了weblogic platform 并把注册表的内容删除干净重新再安装，失败！很郁闷下了好几个版本都一样报错Could not obtain archive information since it is corrupted.Error code=9 很是不解郁闷ing 当然不考虑机器系统重装！望高手大侠相助！！！谢谢

I've already try with -Djava...

Hi .. I have encountered an apparent extraction problem with the downloaded wlworkshopbeta_win
executable .

I've performed the download more than 3 times now ( from different FTP or HTTP
Servers ) .. always with the same results .. so, I'm fairly certain that this
is not a case of corruption whilst in FTP / HTTP transfer .

The consistent result from attempting to execute the wlworkshopbeta_win binary
is the following error msg :

" Could not obtain archive information since it is corrupted. Error Code = 9 "

The PC that I have the binary downloaded to is running Windows 2000 Professional
Edition .. Anyone encontered anything similar to the above ?

Any comments / inputs are much appreciated .

I have download the file many time and I'm still having the same problem.
There is an old weblogic 81 in the computer before(some other people install it and it doesn't work), I uninstall it first. then try to install it
