UI中间件调整声明:

为了解决反映的NickLee.Web.UI,NickLee.Web.UI.VB,NickLee.Common三个dll使用中不连贯的问题，团队讨论决定，集成NickLee.Common到NickLee.Web.UI中,并在使用中请一并引用NickLee.Web.UI和NickLee.Web.UI.VB，兼容以前版本，只需去掉以前版本中NickLee.Common即可，但必须同时引用NickLee.Web.UI和NickLee.Web.UI.VB两个组件库。(For .net Framework 2.0)

在以后的版本中，将逐渐减少.net Framework1.1中增加新控件，而转移到.net Framework2.0中，请大家谅解。

PersistentStream feature leaves network and other special streams open after encyprtion/decription is completed
Support ASCII and Unicode strings
Unique methods for strings, files and streams
Optional Password Validation event, notifies user if incorrect decryption password was used
CRC32 and Adler32 checksum toolkit routines included!
