Statistician （统计师）
职位描述：
Research on latest methodologies in data mining and mathematical statistics.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. degree in statistics, or a closely related field, or Master degree with three years of relevant post-graduate working experience
- Substantial experience in information retrieval, data analysis, and data mining
- Broad and solid knowledge of statistics
- Possess outstanding competence, and demonstrate ability to initiate and perform research and development activities under minimal supervision
- Proven oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese languages


Senior Software Engineer(高级软件研发工程师)
Design and implement complex numerical algorithms as components for inclusion in SPSS products.

Requirements:
- Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or equivalent
- 10+years of development experiences
- Ability to lead a small team of software engineers
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex cross platform projects
- Experience in object-oriented design, C++, C#, Java, Javascript, HTML, DHTML, XML, IIS, ASPX, COM, SOAP, SQL Server, ADO, ADO.NET
- Demonstrated excellent analytical and design skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and complex technical materials
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, and various UNIX platforms
- Proven oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese languages
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Software Engineer (软件工程师)

Required Knowledge and Skill Qualifications:
• A minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong development background in OOD, C++, n-tier architectures, distributed object technologies, and Microsoft technologies including .NET, COM, and MS SQL.
• Fluent in at least 2 programming languages
• Solid skills and demonstrable history in HTML, XML, XSLT, ASPX, ATL, COM/DCOM, C++, STL, .NET Framework and C#


Software Configuration/Build/Install Engineer
General Summary and Basic Purpose:
Schedules, monitors, and verifies software builds and participates in the development of the installation packages. Knowledgeable about build and source control process and procedures. Identifies build failures and locates responsibility for build failures. Has good understanding of software installation techniques and installation toolkits. Installs and maintains software on the production build machines. Helps with administration of the source control and defect tracking tools.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of software development methodologies and software build procedures
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of InstallShield and / or other professional software installation design tools
- Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written skills – ability to work with remote teams working in different time zones
- Demonstrated team player with the ability to learn complex technical material
- Knowledge of Configuration Management methodologies using Clearcase and ClearQuest highly desirable
- Knowledge of deploying applications using Microsoft.Net framework, Microsoft SQL server and similar backend components desirable
- Knowledge of scripting languages, especially VB Script and Perl
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages advantageous especially C/C++, Java, C#.

Position Qualifications:
Candidates are required to have experience in
Microsoft Windows operating systems
The internet and Internet tools like Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and Active Server Pages (ASP)

Knowledge of VB or VBScript
Knowledge of HTML
Test automation and test automation tools like SilkPerformer
