Windows XP, SP2 , 局域网访问 问题 \\10.0.0.3

安装了windows xp + sp2,无法访问自己的IP
问题描述如下：
1， 我的局域网IP为10.0.0.3
C:\>ipconfig

出现错误：Windows找不到10.0.0.3。请检查是否正确，然后重试，或....

应该打file://10.0.0.3或者\\10.0.0.3吧，是不是打错了。

SP2默认的的打开个人防火墙的，有个人防火墙是不能ping通的！你有没有关闭windows自带的防火墙！
