Job Title: Junior Programmer

Requirements
• 2 years experience with OOP, good analytical skills and ability to use UML tools
• Excellent database development skills on MS SQL Server 2000 and higher
• Excellent programming skills in at least one of the listed programming languages
 VB .Net
 C#
 Visual FoxPro 8.0 or higher
 VBA
 Java 2.0
• 3+ years continuous programming experience, with at least 1 year enterprise application development experience
• Ability to develop good project management and IT consulting skills
• Experience in ERP system development is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, good written and oral English and Mandarin skills

Responsibilities
• Manage application development projects as required by clients
• Improve and develop applications
• Collaborate and communicate directly with clients
• Work with other team members on crossed unit testing and integrated testing
• Create/write technical documents and user manuals
• Will potentially supervise software development projects and manage software suppliers
